When a leading International Credit Card provider wanted to outsource its mobile payment service, they needed a programme manager that could handle the latest technologies and outsourcing approaches along with complex regulatory constraints. ProjectSolve have access to the programme manager responsible for the service feasibility stage. Responsible for providing new mobile chip and pin technology, mobile apps, and service outsourcing.
This required extensive control of contract conditions, complex business modeling and sensitive staff negotiation and TUPE management.
Educational Sector - Software and Professional Services turnaround
Called in to assist with creating and implementing Professional Services processes for an expanding Educational Sector team, ProjectSolve worked with the department heads and project teams. However, after initial analysis the scope of the engagement expanded to a full commercial review of their services. This resulted in ProjectSolve implementing successful re-pricing, updated service definitions, and the introduction of new custom business tools for control and management.
Utility - Payments Platform Outsourcing
ProjectSolve have access to the programme manager responsible for outsourcing a major British Utility's multi-channel payment processing service. They successfully transitioned this service from an in house and legacy supplier blended offering to a fully outsourced end-to-end service delivered to tight deadlines as a big bang.
